What to Bring to Your Appointment
To help us provide you with the best possible care, please bring the following items to your appointment:
Your referral letter from your GP or specialist
Medicare card and any private health insurance details
Current medication list (or bring the actual medications/bottles)
Recent blood test results, scans, or other investigation reports
Previous endoscopy reports or biopsy results if available
Any relevant medical records from other specialists
A list of questions or concerns you'd like to discuss
A support person if you wish (they're welcome to accompany you)
Consultation Fees
The consultation fee is payable on the day of your appointment. If you hold a valid Medicare card, you may be eligible for a partial reimbursement through Medicare. For details regarding consultation fees, please contact our rooms.
Procedures Fees
Procedural fees will be discussed with you after your consultation or prior to your open access endoscopy. If you have private health insurance, you will be provided with the relevant item numbers to confirm your level of cover before the procedure. If you are uninsured or not fully covered, a procedure quote will be given.
